Delivery & Returns Policy


When I receive your order I aim to pack and process the order as quickly as possible.. I will send you a Dispatched Email when the parcel leaves us for the Post Office.

I aim to dispatch orders the same or next day and definitely within a maximum of five days.

At busy times such as Christmas this may be extended to a maximum of seven days. Should you have any worries about your order or think it may be lost, please contact me..

Please contact us if you have any special mail requirements. Following receipt and clearance of payment, all purchase(s) will be posted within a maximum of five working days.

All parcels are dispatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt (ensuring I can confirm the parcel was received by the customer). Delivery costs are a standard rate of £4.50, large orders will incur additional delivery costs.

Overseas orders are usually sent using Royal Mail Parcelforce and are charged at cost. If you are placing an order from abroad, we will contact you for payment of the postage when we have packed and weighed your package so you will only pay the cost of sending the parcel.

Gift Vouchers – First Class Post
Orders up to £20.00 - £3.65
Orders up to £50.00 - £4.50
Orders over  £50.00 - £5.95

These rates are subject to change at anytime in line with postal cost rises from the Royal Mail.


Retail customers are covered by the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Protection Regulations that allows you to return items to us within seven days if you are not completely satisfied for a full refund from the date of the original receipt. Items should be sent back in perfect condition and unused.

Under no circumstances must items be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition.

Unless the items are faulty or sent incorrectly, you will liable for return postal costs. Please be aware that any refunds or replacements above our Statutory Obligations are discretionary.

If you return items for a replacement we will credit your payment card and send you the requested replacement but we will have to charge postal costs again for this service.
